I made applesauce the other day for my first time!
It was a lot of hard work... but thoroughly enjoyed it~
added some cinnamon and sugar... voi la!
We boiled home-grown apples from my in-laws' backyard.
Next time though... a team of people to help us, and we'd be set. :)

ReplyDeletecutting all the apples (and cutting small home-grown apples are alot harder than big ones), then boiling them all... then sanitizing all the jars... blah blah blah. you only made apple sauce. you didn't can them. maybe we will can them together? :)
